Wat is een familie opstelling

Met een familieopstelling kun je diepe inzichten in de liefde-dynamiek van een familiesysteem opdoen en eventuele conflicten oplossen. Door de sterke banden is de familie het belangrijkste systeem waarin we leven en het heeft grote invloed op ons geluk en welzijn.

Hoe werkt het

In praktische zin werkt het als volgt: na een voorgesprek kiest de deelnemer zogeheten representanten van de leden van zijn/haar familie die in de ruimte worden opgesteld. De representanten krijgen een moment om ‘in te voelen’ en het bijzondere is dat de representanten gevoelens, emoties en gedachten krijgen die van het echte systeem zijn. Hiermee wordt vervolgens gewerkt en kunnen eventuele conflicten worden opgelost.

Wat je kunt leren

• Je krijgt inzicht in jouw familiesysteem en -dynamiek, en begrip voor de invloed die dat heeft op jouw leven
• Je leert wat de invloed is van familiethema’s, wat de achterliggende oorzaak is van veel problemen en wat oplossingen daarvoor zijn
• Je ervaart hoe de liefde weer gaat stromen en dat is simpelweg een fantastische, onbeschrijflijke ervaring!

Trainers

De familieopstellingen dag wordt aangeboden door Joan Hoexum en Mark Gankema. Joan is spreker, auteur, internationaal erkend NLP trainer en coach, licensed sports performance coach en NLP coach opleider. Mark heeft diverse opleidingen en trainingen gevolgd waaronder familieopstellingen. Daarnaast heeft hij workshops bij Bert Hellinger gevolgd en aan ongeveer 1000 opstellingen deelgenomen.

Locatie

De dag wordt gegeven bij Joan's Vitality Solutions, het adres is Korte Lombardstraat 6, 1e etage, 2512 VR Den Haag.

Kosten

De kosten zijn 90 euro voor een opstelling en 40 euro voor deelnemers / representanten.

What is a family constellation 

With a family constellation you can gain deep insights in the love dynamics of a family system and possibly resolve conflicts. Through strong bonds, the family is the most important system we live in and has a strong influence on our happiness and wellbeing.

How does it work

In practical sense it works as follows: after a short consultation the participant chooses so-called representatives of his/her family members and gives them a place in the room. The representatives will have a moment to ‘go inside’. Surprisingly the representative will have feelings, emotions and thoughts of those in the real system. The constellation will develop, some work will be done and issues may be resolved.

What you learn

• You will gain insights in your family system and -dynamic, and understand the influence of the system on your live
• You will learn the impact of family issues, the underlying causes and the solutions
• You will experience how love flows again and that is simply a great indescribable experience!

Trainers

The family constellation day will be facilitated by Joan Hoexum and Mark Gankema. Joan is speaker, author, international recognized NLP trainer and coach, licensed sports performance coach and NLP coach trainer. Mark has followed a diversity of trainings amongst others family constellation. He also followed workshops with Bert Hellinger and participated in about 1000 constellations.
